At Graham's Workshop, we are committed to providing high-quality, handcrafted wooden flags made with care and attention to detail. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order, as all purchases are subject to the terms below.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Accidental purchases
  • Shipping delays caused by carriers
  • Personal preference after receiving the item

Please ensure you review product details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at grahamsworkshop@gmail.com. Your email must include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Clear photos of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

If the product is confirmed to be defective or damaged upon arrival, we will review the case and may offer a replacement at our discretion. Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Parcels returned to sender due to incorrect address details

If a parcel is returned to us, additional reshipping fees may apply.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified, as processing begins immediately.

Handmade Product Disclaimer

Each flag is individually handcrafted from natural wood, so slight variations in grain, colour, tone, and finish are normal and part of the character of a handmade piece — not a defect. Please ensure flags are securely and properly mounted using appropriate hardware for the weight and size of the item. Graham's Workshop is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper mounting or installation.
